Real Estate Developer Association Of Orissa Logo

Real Estate Developers Association (REDA) is the oldest body of developers who introduced the concept of building large scale housing colonies in the form of multi-storied buildings and independent housing complexes. Constituted in the year 1982, REDA was registered under the Societies Act and has been functioning since then in close association with the government as well as other related bodies dealing with real estate development in the state in order to bring the best practices in business and to work together in a disciplined and orderly manner by adhering to the rules and regulations framed by the government. A strict code of conduct adopted by the members since the time of its institution has helped in standardization of a model and uniform business practice.

REDA today is recognized as a brand name of the best developers of the state and is trusted by the public as well as the government. REDA conducts seminars and workshops from time to time on subjects relating to real estate. REDA has provided logistical support and has contributed as and when required while formulation of building by-laws, urban policies, city beautification plans, etc. by the government and civic bodies. The members of REDA are also trustees of REDA Foundation, which undertakes various social service works as part of REDA's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

REDA is a member of National Real Estate Development Council (NAREDCO) and Confederation of Indian Industries (CII).
